• Payment information: billing details processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature interactions.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Smuke AI platform.
• Generate AI-powered content based on your brand settings and campaign configuration.
• Publish and schedule posts to your connected social media accounts on your behalf.
• Send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts, security alerts).
• Respond to support requests and communicate product updates.
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve product quality and performance.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: trusted third parties who assist us in operating the platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics). They are bound by data processing agreements.
• Social platforms: content you choose to publish is transmitted to the respective platform (X, LinkedIn) via their official APIs.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as a business asset, with prior notice.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Upon deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication.
