  • Provide, operate, and improve the Smuke AI platform.
  • Generate AI-powered content based on your brand settings and campaign configuration.
  • Publish and schedule posts to your connected social media accounts on your behalf.

  • Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve product quality and performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Upon deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication.
